Processdescriptionoftwo-columndifferentialpressuredistillation  Thedifferentialpressureoftheprocessunitis:thedifferentialpressurebetweenrectifyingcolumnT502andbeerstrippingcolumn(mashcolumn)T501.  1. Thefermentationmashfromfermentationsectionispreheatedto70℃throughprimarypreheaterE502(Fermentationmashispreheatedbycrudealcoholvaporthatiscondensedatthetopofthemashcolumn),secondarypreheaterE507(Fermentationmashisdoublepreheatedbywastedistillersinmashcolumn),andfeedintothemashcolumnatthe24thtray.FermentationmashisheatedbythebottomsteamwhendownwardinthemashcolumnT501,alcoholvaporisupwardandseparatedfromthewastemash.Wastemashisdischargedatthebottomofthecolumn,andthealcoholcontentofwastemashisnomorethan0.05%andtransportedtotheenvironmentalsection.Upwardcrudealcoholisfordefoaming(lowconcentrationalcohol)by25th,26thdefoamingplatesandentersinto1#preheater,partofthealcoholvaporiscondensed,uncooledalcoholvaporcontinuestobecondensedbyasetofcondenser.Thecondensateliquidisheatedindirectlybysteamcondensatewaterandresidualdistillingwater(wastewateratthebottomofthecolumn)ofrectifyingcolumnandenterstherectifyingcolumn.Partofthecrudealcoholisreflux(thepurposeisfordefoamingthecrudealcoholgas),whilesomenon-condensinggasisdischargedintotheatmospherethroughthevacuumpump.  Heatingmodeofmashcolumn:thealcoholvaporatthetopoftherectifyingcolumnheatsthemashcolumnthroughthereboilerE501,reboilerisofcirculatingbycirculatingpump.Themashcolumnworksunderthenegativepressure,thenegativepressureisproducedbytheconnectionofthevacuumpumpthroughthecondensergroup.  2. LightalcoholfrommashcolumnT501isindirectlyheatedbythesteamcondensatewater,residualdistillingwaterofrectifyingcolumn,enterstherectifyingcolumnatthe18thtray.Whilethelightalcoholisgraduallyconcentrated,headimpuritiessuchasmethanolandaldehydeareupwardwithalcoholvaportothetopofthecolumn,partofimpurities(suchasoil)isstayedroundthetraysthatabovethefeedplate,asproducedintothefuseloil,fuseloilisforseparatingoilandalcoholinthefuseloilseparator.FuseloilentersfuseloilstoragetankV509,andlightalcoholenterslightalcoholtankandispumpedtothefermentationmashtank.Theheadimpuritiescanberemovedbyremovingpartoftherefluxasindustrialalcohol.Thealcoholwithaconcentrationof95-96%(v/v)inthe6-8traysbelowtherefluxmouthofthecolumntopisextractedasthefinishedproduct,andaftercooling,thehighconcentrationalcoholentersthefinishedproductalcoholtank. Processflowdescriptionoffive-columndifferentialpressuredistillation  Thedifferentialpressureoftheprocessunitis:differentialpressureofrectifyingcolumnT0403,dilutioncolumnandde-methanolcolumnT0404;differentialpressureofdilutioncolumnT0402,de-methanolcolumnT0404andmashcolumnT0401.TheimpuritycolumnT0405usesthesteamcondensatewaterandthesecondarysteamfromthewastehotwateratthebottomoftherectifyingcolumnandasmallamountofnewsteamforheating.  a. Fermentationmashfromthefermentationsectionispreheatedtoabout80℃throughtheprimarypreheaterE0403(Fermentationmashispreheatedbythecrudealcoholvaporthatiscondensedatthetopofthemashcolumn),secondarypreheaterE0404(Fermentationmashisdoublepreheatedbythealcoholvaporfromthetopoftherecoverycolumn)andpreheaterE0405(Fermentationmashisthird-timepreheatedbythesteamcondensatewater),andentersthemashcolumnonthe24thtray.ThefermentationmashisheatedbythesteamfromthebottomofthecolumnwhiledownwardinthemashcolumnT0401.Thealcoholvaporisupwardandseparatedfromthewastemash.Thewastemashisdischargedatthebottomofthecolumn.Thealcoholcontentofthewastemashmustnotexceed0.05%anditissenttotheDDGSsection;thecolumntopiscontrolledat60~65°Ctoevaporatethecrudealcoholwithaconcentrationofabout50%(w/w).Aftercondensationbytheprimarycondenser(primarypreheaterofmash)onthetopofthecolumnandthecondensergroup,itiscollectedintothecrudealcoholtankV0405.Partofthecrudealcoholisreflux,partispre-heatedtothedilutioncolumn.PartofthecrudealcoholthatiswithmoreimpuritiesisextractedfromthemashcolumncondenserIIIfordischargingintothemiscellaneouswinetank.Thenon-condensablegasentersthevacuumbuffertankforvapor-liquidseparationandisdischargedintotheatmospherethroughawaterringvacuumpump.  Thesealedwaterusedbythewaterringvacuumpumpisrecycledwhileasmallamountofprimarywaterisadded,andtheoverflowwatercontainingalcoholisreturnedtothefermentationsection.  Theheatingmodeofthemashcolumn:mashcolumnisheatedbythevaporatthetopofthede-methanolcolumnthroughmashcolumnreboilerAE0401,andmashcolumnisheatedbythealcoholvaporatthetopofthedilutioncolumnthroughmashcolumnreboilerBE0402.Thereboilerisforcirculatingbyacirculatingpump.Mashcolumnworksunderthenegativepressure.  b. Thedilutioncolumnworksunderthemicro-negativepressure.Thecrudealcoholfromthecrudealcoholtankispreheatedintwostagesbythefinalalcoholandwastehotwaterthatatthebottomofthede-methanolcolumn.ThenitentersthedilutioncolumnT0102fromthe30thtraythatinthemiddleandupperpartofthedilutioncolumn,andperformssufficientheatandmasstransferwiththerectifiedwastehotwaterandprocesshotwaterthatfromthetopofthedilutioncolumn.Controlthealcoholconcentrationatthebottomofthecolumnbe10~15%(w/w).Ataloweralcoholconcentration,n-propanol,fuseloilandmostestershavelargervolatilitycoefficients,whichmovetothetopofthecolumnandaccumulatethere.ThealcoholvaporatthetopofthecolumniscondensedbyreboilerE0402,partisreflux,partissenttothemiscellaneouswinetank.Thenon-condensedalcoholvaporenterstheauxiliarycondenserofthedilutioncolumnforcontinuouscondensation.Thenon-condensingvaporentersthevacuumsystem,partoftheinitialdistillateisextractedfromtheauxiliarycondensertothemiscellaneouswinetank.Aftercleaning,thelighterpurealcoholisdrawnfromthebottomofthecolumnandsenttotherectifyingcolumnT0103.ThedilutioncolumnisindirectlyheatedbythealcoholvaporatthetopoftherectifyingcolumnthroughthedilutioncolumnreboilerE0410.  c. ThelightalcoholfromthedilutioncolumnT0402ispreheatedbythehigh-temperaturewastehotwateratthebottomoftherectifyingcolumnandentersonthe16thtrayoftherectifyingcolumn.Whilegraduallycondensing,first-levelimpuritiessuchasmethanolandaldehydesupwardtothetopofthecolumnwiththealcoholvapor,andpartofimpurities(suchasoil)isstayedroundthetraysthatabovethefeedplate,asproducedintothemiscellaneouswine,andextractedtothemiscellaneouswinetankV0408;therearesomehigh-gradeoilaccumulationaround40thtray,andtheyarealsoextractedandsenttothemiscellaneouswinetank.About10traysbelowtherefluxatthetopofthecolumnarehigh-concentrationalcoholswithaconcentrationof96%(v/v)orhigherassemi-finishedproductstothede-methanolcolumnT0104.Thealcoholvaporatthetopoftherectifyingcolumniscondensedbythedilutioncolumnreboilerandthedemethanolizerreboilerandbereflux,andtheuncondensedalcoholvaporissenttothe60thtrayoftheimpuritiescolumn.Lightalcoholofdilutioncolumnispreheatedbythecolumnkettlewastehotwater,thewastehotwaterentersthehotwatertankforflashevaporation.Theflashsteamisusedaspartoftheheatsourceoftherecoverycolumn,partofthehotwaterisusedtodilutethecrudealcoholatthetopofthedilutioncolumn,andtheotherpartisusedtopreheatthecrudealcoholandthengoestothefrontstageformixing.Theheatingmodeofrectifyingcolumnisforindirectheatingwithfreshsteamthroughtherectificationreboiler.Afterflashevaporationofthesteamcondensatewater,itispumpedbythecondensatepumptothethree-stagepreheaterE0405andmiscellaneouswinepreheaterE0421andreturnedtotheboilerroomforreuse.Theflashsteamisusedaspartoftheheatsourceoftherecoverycolumn.  d. Thede-methanolcolumnT0104worksunderthepositivepressure.Thehigh-concentrationsemi-finishedalcoholfr
