SJFS88 Serial Wet Process Hammer Mill

Application and Feature

 

SJFS88 serial wet process hammer mill is a new large type hammer mill developed and designed by our company from absorbing the advantages of dry and wet process hammer mill, specialized in milling raw materials such as fresh cassava, sweet potato and sugar beet for ethanol and starch industries.

 

● The serial hammer mill is characterized by large capacity, strong milling ability, low energy consumption, and high recovery rate, etc.

 

● Especially suitable for direct crushing of bulk raw materials, the machine adopts direct motor linkage, thus reducing power loss and improving economic benefits.

 

● This type of hammer mill consists of rack, cover, rotor assembly, spray pipe, and motor, etc. Rotor assembly is checked in dynamic balance, balance deviation ≤5g, therefore, this type of hammer mill is characterized by compact structure, reliable and smooth running, and easy to install and operate, etc.
