Scope of application

WF130 serial hammer mill is especially suitable for crushing the feedstock in producing alcohol for large ethanol plants. It can meet the different requirements of different feedstock, different crushing processes and different crushing particle sizes. It is widely used in the alcohol, grain, aquatic feed, citric acid, food and other industries.

Performance features

● Advanced design of crushing room with water drop shape, for more smooth discharge.

● The fully optimized arrangement of hammers and the use of precise processing and testing equipment, make the hammer mill with lower vibration and noise, more stable operation and higher efficiency.

● The application of the baffle device and the tuning technology on the top of the crushing room, it can break the circulation layer of the material and improve the crushing output.

● The linkage type of pressing screen mechanism makes the replacement of screen be more convenient and reliable.

● There are 4 sieve plates in the super-wide crushing room, maximum sieving area could be 4.6 m².
